Shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises will be closely monitored as Goldman Sachs on Thursday offloaded about 1.17 crore shares through open market for a consideration of ₹322 crore. The shares were offloaded at an average price of ₹274. As of end March, Goldman Sachs held 1.87 crore shares in Zee Entertainment. Earlier this month, the RBI had allowed FII investment up to 100 per cent in the company. The names(s) of the buyer(s) were, however, not disclosed.
