The board of directors of Gujarat NRE Coke will meet on Wednesday to consider issuance of equity shares of the company to ICICI Bank Ltd under private placement basis. The move was in accordance with the terms and conditions issued by Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group. The board will also consider issuance of convertible warrants to promoters and non-promoter entities on private placement or preferential issue basis. The stock rose 0.5 per cent on Monday at ₹11.50
