Shares of Diamond Power Infrastructure are likely to see interest on Monday, as the RBI has allowed foreign institutional investors and foreign portfolio investors to buy up to 49 per cent stake in the company. The central bank’s notification follows the company’s decision to pass a special resolution to enhance the limit for purchase of its equity shares and convertible debentures by FIIs. Foreign investors currently hold 16.18 per cent stake in the company.
