ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company will debut on the bourses on Wednesday after it concluded its initial public offering during September 15-19. The IPO of ICICI Lombard was subscribed three times. The insurer had fixed the price band at ₹651-661 per share for the ₹5,700-crore IPO. ICICI Bank received ₹2,099.40 crore by selling 3.176 crore shares through the issue. Post-issue, ICICI Bank’s stake will come down to 55.92 per cent from 62.92 per cent.
