Indian Terrain Fashions has informed the stock exchanges that in respect of the qualified institutional placement issue, the Securities Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on Thursday approved the closure of the issue on Thursday. The issue price was fixed at ₹531. That is a discount of ₹27.59 an equity share to the floor price of ₹558.59 a share.
