The board of directors of Jaihind Synthetics on Wednesday decided to allot 5 crore warrants to strategic investors at such price as may be arrived at on the relevant date pursuant to the listing guidelines. The company did not provide any other details. The board had approved similar allotment in April 2014. Shares of Jaihind Synthetics closed at ₹11.7, up 1.56 per cent on the BSE.
