Jet Infraventure, a real estate development company which collected ₹4.50 crore through an initial public offering, will list on the BSE SME platform on Tuesday.
The issue was subscribed 1.28 times with the participation of institutional, retail and high net worth investors.
The firm allotted 3.60 lakh shares of ₹10 each at ₹125 a share.
The proceeds raised through the public issue are to be utilised for working capital requirements, repay certain unsecured loans and general corporate expenses.
The issue constituted 34.35 per cent of the post-issue paid-up equity capital of the company.
Rajul Shah, Managing Director, Jet Infraventure, said the company aims to construct a series of residential and commercial projects and create a pan-India presence.
