Renewable energy company Greenko Group plc has completed the delisting process on the Alternative Investment Market of the London SE.After the delisting, GIC of Singapore and Greenko Ventures hold the company shares.
Anil Chalamalasetty, CEO & MD of Greenko, and Mahesh Kolli, Founder President and JMD, have bought over the publicly-traded shares of Greenko along with GIC. The company decided to delist the shares as the share price was not reflecting the fair value of the company.
Listing on the AIM of the LSE since November 2007, it raised funds to become one of the larger renewable energy companies in the country. Trading in the Ordinary Shares of the company on the AIM had ceased from January 18.
