Analysts will be keenly watching the financials of Diageo-controlled United Spirits. The company is scheduled to declare its June quarter numbers on Monday. United Spirits had announced its full-year result as well as March quarter results this September after failing to do so on earlier occasions. The company, which was once controlled by Vijay Mallya, had posted a loss of ₹5,380.10 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 and ₹5,102.82 crore for the year ended March 31.

Analysts expect flat QoQ for Idea Cellula r

Among telecom companies, Idea Cellular will be the first to announce its results for the quarter ended September 2014. Analysts expect Idea Cellular to report flattish QoQ growth for the September quarter. However, data growth YoY is expected to remain robust in the backdrop of continued data adoption. Idea Cellular may also see some margin softness due to seasonality. Religare expects the company to report a net profit of ₹720 crore on revenues of ₹7,542.8 crore for the quarter.

Rights issue to keep Zee Media, Vascon in focus

Shares of Zee Media Corporation will remain in focus on Monday, as the company's board will consider a proposal for raising funds through various modes, including by way of a rights issue. On the same day, Zee Media will also consider its second quarter financial performance. Similarly, Vascon Engineers’ board is meeting to consider a rights issue besides its financial performance for September quarter. Analysts would be keen to know about the pricing and the size of the issues.
