Larsen & Toubro climbed up further ahead of the close on Monday. At 3.19 pm the stock was up 4.11 per cent at ₹1,321.10. The stock closed Friday at ₹1,268.95.
Sesa Sterlite made further ground to trade at ₹200.30, up 3.94 per cent on its earlier close of ₹192.70.
M&M rode up 3.77 per cent to trade at ₹1,034.50. The stock closed last week’s session at ₹996.95.
Punjab National Bank built on its morning gains. It was quoting at ₹805.60. This was a gain of 3.34 per cent on its previous close of ₹779.60.
BPCL flared up ahead of the close. It was trading at ₹464.45, up 3.26 per cent on its previous close of ₹449.80.
