The board of PIL Italica Lifestyle , formerly Peacock Industries, on Thursday approved and allotted 2.50 crore warrants, convertible into equity shares at a consideration of ₹15 a warrant, to promoters and non-promoters. Shares of PIL Italica closed flat at ₹12.35 on the NSE.
