Sun Pharma extended its morning rally to notch up gains of 6.71 per cent at the close of trading on the NSE on Wednesday. The share finished at Rs 1,006.30, as against Rs 943.05 at close on Tuesday.
DLF also traded steady to hold gains of 1.85 per cent at Rs 154.10 in late session. The share had closed Tuesday’s session at Rs 151.30.
ITC joined the uptrend to hold gains of 0.79 per cent at Rs 344.25. The scrip closed the overnight session at Rs 341.55.
Bharti Airtel shed a part of its morning gains to quote at Rs 351.25. This represented a gain of 0.57 per cent on its Tuesday close at Rs 349.25.
HCL Technologies edged up 0.24 per cent at Rs 2,036. The share had closed the previous session at Rs 2,031.20.
