Pharma stocks were firm but off their morning highs on the bourses in late trading on Tuesday. At 3.45 pm Dr Reddy’s Labs was up 0.88 per cent at ₹3,009.75 as against yesterday’s close at ₹2,983.40.
United Spirits also maintained its firm undertone to quote at ₹2,368.25. This was a gain of 0.44 per cent on its previous close at ₹2,357.90.
ITC rode up 0.41 per cent to quote at ₹353.15, as against its previous close at ₹351.70.
Sun Pharma lost some of its morning gains to trade at ₹798.25. This was up 0.37 per cent on its overnight close at ₹795.30.
Infosys gained 0.27 per cent at ₹3,651.25. The stock closed Monday’s session at ₹3,641.30.
