Open offer for acquisition of 26 per cent or 47.86 lakh shares from shareholders of Lykis (formerly Greenline Tea Exporter) from Kedia Securities will begin on Monday and end on May 12. The offer price has been fixed at ₹40 a share. The acquirer does not have any intention to delist Lykis for next 3 years after this offer. Promoters hold 24.81 per cent stake in the company while others, including retail investors (63.57 per cent) hold 75.19 per cent in Lykis.
