Shares of BSE-listed Stovec Industries will attract traders’ interest as Print II BV along with SPG Prints Group BV and SPG Prints BV plan to acquire 26 per cent or 5.42 lakh shares in the company. The acquirers are offering ₹560 a share as against Wednesday’s closing price of ₹678.7. Currently about 6,065 individual shareholders hold 5.31 lakh shares or 25.44 per cent stake in the company. Promoters hold 71 per cent of the equity. The shares had hit an all-time high of ₹710 in Tuesday’s trading.
