Promoters of ADCC Infocad will make an open offer to buy 23.65 lakh shares (representing 26 per cent stake of the paid-up capital) from its public shareholders at ₹55 a share, payable in cash. Currently, promoters hold 45.38 per cent stake in the BSE-SME listed firm. The offer is aimed at consolidating promoters’ holding in ADCC Infocad. Seventeen HNIs own 17.97 per cent stake, while 152 individuals hold 4.01 per cent stake in the company.
