Palred Technologies , formerly Four Soft Ltd, has acquired 74 per cent stake in Palred Online Technologies Pvt Ltd. Following the acquisition, Palred Online has become a subsidiary of the company. Palred Technologies, however, did not divulge any other details. The stock of Palred Technologies edged down 0.25 per cent at ₹20.15 on the NSE.
