Panacea Biotec has received an order from Unicef for supply of its DTB-HebB-Hib (Pentavalent) Vaccine Easyfive-TT drug during the period 2014-16. The company, however, clarified that Unicef is yet to award a part of the total forecast quantities for 2014-16, and the unawarded quantities (including any potential additional requirement for India) will be awarded later in line with demand forecast. The stock on Thursday closed at ₹95.5, down 1.75 per cent over the previous day’s close.
