Amol Jagdish Kapadia and Sushila Jagdish Kapadia, promoters of Polson, plan to sell 9,908 shares of the face value of ₹50, representing 8.26 per cent of the share capital of the company, through an offer-for-sale on September 25 (for non-retail investors) and on September 26 (for retail investors). The floor price is fixed at ₹11,000 a share. In June, too, the promoters had tried to reduce their stake at a floor price of ₹9,000 to bring down their holding to 75 per cent to meet SEBI’s norms.
