has informed the BSE that in order to move the registered office of its wholly owned subsidiary from New York to Texas for administrative and other commercial considerations, another company has been formed in the name and style of Pradeep Metals Ltd, Inc, with registered office in Texas, US, on March 9. The existing wholly owned subsidiary Pradeep Metals Ltd, New York, was merged with the new company on March 9. There will be no impact on the present operations and financials of the wholly owned subsidiary in view of the merger, said Pradeep Metals. The stock of Pradeep Metals slipped 1.5 per cent at ₹42.65 on the BSE.
