IDFC said it expects April-June to be one of the best quarters ever for PVR.
The first quarter has seen great content and best ever occupancies, IDFC added.
The first quarter content from Hollywood has been good, led by movies including Avengers, Fast & Furious 7, Jurassic World, according to PVR management. Among Bollywood movies, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Dil Dhadakne Do, Gabbar is Back and Piku helped in the first quarter.
IDFC said it expected PVR's revenues to be Rs 450 crore, with EBITDA of Rs 95 crore and profit of Rs 45.30 crore.
PVR shares were trading up 4.66 per cent or Rs 31 at Rs 696.65 on the BSE at 11.30 am.
