The board of directors of R Systems International will meet on Saturday to consider a share buyback proposal. The board will also consider a fourth interim dividend, if any, for 2014. Investors will be keen to know the quantum and price the company plans to offer for the buyback. The stock has been on the rise over the last three months, moving up from ₹50.70 to ₹81.20. About 11,500 retail shareholders hold 47.48 per cent in the company. Among them, 17 investors control 39.64 per cent.
