Ramky Infrastructure has sold an industrial plot for ₹219 crore, and the proceeds have been used to complete the debt asset swap arrangement with ICICI Bank. Of the total consideration, ₹196 crore was adjusted towards the debt of Ramky Infrastructure, and the remaining ₹23 crore to settle the debt of the company’s joint venture firm, NAM Expressway, the company said. The stock of Ramky Infrastructure closed at ₹107.9, up 5.89 per cent on the BSE.
