The board of Safari Industries on Thursday approved the allotment of 85,000 equity shares of ₹10 each at a premium of ₹590 a share to Sudhir Jatia, promoter and Managing Director of the company, in lieu of an equal number of convertible warrants. Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to ₹3.98 crore from ₹3.9 crore. The stock of Safari Industries edged up 1 per cent at ₹800 on the BSE.
