State Bank of India was the top gainer on the BSE on Monday morning. At 11.19 am the share was trading at Rs 281, up 3.92 per cent on its previous close at Rs 270.40.
Tata Motors gained 2.33 per cent to trade at Rs 393.30 against Rs 384.35 at close last week.
Maruti Suzuki was on a firm wicket, trading up 2.21 per cent at Rs 4,426 against Rs 4,330.40 at close previously.
ICICI Bank moved up 2.15 per cent to trade at Rs 309 against Rs 302.50 at close last Friday.
Axis Bank gained 1.09 per cent to trade at Rs 580 against Rs 573.75 at close last week.
