Shares of Sintex Industries will turn ex-rights on Monday. The company has fixed August 9 as record date for the rights issue. Eligible shareholders will receive 26 shares for every 151 shares held in the company at ₹65 a share. The company plans to raise ₹500 crore through the issue. Sintex Industries will also turn ex-dividend (₹0.70) on Monday. Investors who wish to benefit from the corporate action have to buy the shares by Friday.
