Solar Industries India has raised ₹20 crore through the issuance of commercial paper maturing on April 24. HDFC Bank was the buyer, the company said in a notification to the stock exchanges. The commercial paper was issued on Wednesday but the company did not disclose its coupon rate. Shares of Solar Industries ended up 0.2 per cent at ₹737.65 on the NSE.
