Spice Mobility has said that S Global Services Pte Ltd, a foreign subsidiary of Spice Digital Ltd, a subsidiary of the company, has incorporated Spice Digital FZCO, a 100 per cent foreign subsidiary, in Dubai Airport Free Zone. The new firm will undertake business relating to software consultancy and IT-related activities, the company informed the exchanges. Consequently, Spice Digital FZCO has also become a step-down foreign subsidiary of Spice Mobility. Shares of Spice Mobility jumped 5.8 per cent at ₹16.55 on the NSE.
