SpiceJet promoter Ajay Singh pledged 46 lakh shares of the company to Allahabad Bank on April 30, the airline said in a notice to the BSE on Tuesday. Analysts and traders will be keenly tracking SpiceJet's share price movements and corporate developments, as the promoters have already pledged 11.60 crore shares with financial institutions. Ajay Singh, who took over the reins of SpiceJet early this year, is in the process of infusing around $200 million into the airline.
