Tata Investment Corporation has sold 1.5 lakh shares of Tata Global Beverages for Rs 2.17 crore.
In an exchange filing, Tata Global Beverages said that Tata Investment Corporation had off-loaded 75,000 shares each on the BSE and the NSE on Thursday.
The sale on the BSE was done through Jamnadas Morarjee Securities and that on the NSE was through FRR Shares and Securities.
Tata Investment Corporation now holds 4.35 per cent stake (2.69 crore shares) in Tata Global Beverages as against the earlier 4.37 per cent.
