The board of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) will meet on Monday to consider audited financial statements for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2016.
The board will also consider the proposed issue of redeemable preference shares up to ₹3,000 crore to Tata Teleservices (promoter) on preferential basis. The telecom major had reported a loss of ₹79.64 crore on revenues of ₹741.88 crore in the quarter ended December 2015.
