The board of directors of Titan Company Ltd raised the limit foreign institutional investors (FIIs) can invest under the portfolio investment scheme on repatriation basis, to 35 per cent of its share capital. Currently, FIIs hold 21.58 per cent stake in the company. The stock on Friday closed at ₹231.6, up one per cent compared with the previous day's close.
