Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed the exchanges that Sonymike's Holdings Ltd, a promoter group company and GDR holder, has converted three lakh GDRs into 30 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each of the company on Thursday. After the conversion, the outstanding GDRs stand at 3.95 lakh convertible into 39.5 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each. Shares of Vaibhav Global closed flat at ₹806.4 on the NSE.
