Shares of VST Tillers Tractors will remain in focus as the company has entered into a technology transfer agreement with Kukje Machinery Co Ltd, Korea. The agreement is for the manufacture of tractors with higher horsepower in India. VST Tillers will pay a lumpsum technical fee and royalty fees for six years. However, the company has not disclosed the amount that it will pay Kukje Machinery for the technology transfer. Investors will keep an eye on the royalty payment.
