PE firm WestBridge Capital through Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings on Tuesday sold 1.6 crore shares of Prestige Estates Projects on the BSE and the NSE, at around ₹185 a share. At the end of September, it had held 1.8 crore shares in the firm. About 67.73 lakh shares were bought by East Bridge Capital Master Fund. WestBridge Capital was co-founded by KP Balaraj, Sumir Chadha, SK Jain and Sandeep Singhal. The team had earlier co-founded Sequoia Capital India.
