Cipla on Wednesday said its arm Goldencross Pharma Pvt Ltd has entered into an agreement to sell its 100 per cent stake in Four M Propack to Shriji Polymers for ₹19.20 crore. The transaction is expected to be completed within 45 days, Cipla said. The total consideration includes a sum derived from mutual funds, cash and bank balances, and tax funds, among others, estimated at ₹5.7 crore, the drug major said to the exchanges.
