The board of directors of High Ground Enterprise on Wednesday decided to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore — HGEL International Pte Ltd. The engineering, designing, construction company is in the process of obtaining necessary approvals. However, it did not disclose the financial details of the project. The company had reported a profit of ₹4.12 crore on revenues of ₹75.75 crore for the quarter ended September 2016.
