Shares of Xchanging Solutions may react negatively, following Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) pegging the delisting floor price at ₹39.23, much lower than the current market price of ₹78.
Earlier, CSC had completed a mandatory open offer to acquire up to 25 per cent stake in Xchanging at ₹37.63 apiece. The open offer was triggered after an indirect acquisition by CSC of a controlling stake in Xchanging Plc, the British parent of the Indian publically-listed IT outsourcing company.
