Xpro India on Monday informed the exchanges that it has sold property (non-core assets) located at Kolkata, alongwith a building, for a consideration of ₹21 crore. The property was sold on “as is where is” basis to parties not related to the promoter group or promoter group companies. The company, which executed sale deeds on Monday, did not disclose the buyer’s identity. Shares of XPro gained 2.01 per cent at ₹50.60 on the NSE.
