Zen Technologies has listed its shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) from March 30. The company shares were trading on BSE for the last four years.
“Listing on NSE will enable greater retail and institutional participation and offer another venue for shareholders to participate in Zen's effort to indigenously shore up defence preparedness,” Ashok Atluri, Managing Director, Zen Technologies, has said.
He said that NSE's automated trading system ensures consistency and transparency.
