The board of directors of Sunflag Iron & Steel has resolved to issue over 1.80 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 face value, on a preferential basis, to Daido Steel Co of Japan at a premium of Rs 21 each.
The allotment is subject to requisite approval, the company said in a communication to the BSE.
