Y.C. Deveshwar, Chairman and Wholetime Director of FMCG major ITC Ltd, has sold over 5.64 lakh shares of the company in the last 10 days in two transactions.
In an exchange filing on Monday, Deveshwar disclosed that he had sold four lakh shares at Rs 330.48 apiece on June 14.
Subsequently on June 18, he sold over 1.64 lakh shares at Rs 329.97 per share.
Both the transactions were executed on the NSE and were worth over Rs 18.6 crore.
Deveshwar still holds over 18.61 lakh shares in the company.
On Monday, the scrip closed at Rs 314.4 on the BSE down 2.62 per cent.
