People There's always a road to success
Sameer Parekh, MD, Intellicon Pvt Ltd, graduated from Purdue University, US, in electronics and communications. He has plans to foray into software exports and offshore development. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line. Two things that my education/training taught me. Despite the odds against you, there is always a road to success. Reach for the stars but ensure you have your feet on the ground. Two things I learnt from my work/real life. The success of a company is measured as much by its bottomline as by the job satisfaction of its employees. To reach one's goals one must never shirk from doing even the most menial of tasks if the situation demands. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit. A positive mind frame and a burning desire to achieve. A book that I read recently. The Da Vinci Code.
