Management `Just don't give up'
MR P. R. KRISHNAN P. R. Krishnan is Vice-President and Head of Infrastructure Services, Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master's degree in Instrumentation Engineering. In his current position, Krishnan is responsible for defining the service offerings in the infrastructure space, creating value differentiators and delivering them through the Global Delivery Centres of TCS. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me. Hard work and commitment. Two things I learnt from my work/real life. One, perseverance — relentless pursuit of achieving what you have set yourself as goals. And, two, resilience — just don't give up. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit.
