Management `Handle all situations with sensitivity'

Here's his take on four questions from Business Line. Two things that my education/training taught me. One, analytical approach. And, two, god is in details. Two things I learnt from my work/real life. One, what goes around comes around. So handle all situations with sensitivity. And, two, no problem/situation is ever permanent, there will be light at the end of the tunnel, provided you keep yourself engaged and not give up midway.
