`Tackle the small to solve the big'

MR SRIRAM POTTI

Mr Sriram Potti is the Country Manager of SDG Software India Pvt Ltd, an offshore business and delivery centre arm of SDG Corporation, US. An MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and a B. Tech from the University of Kerala. Mr Sriram has been associated with leading IT firms such as Wipro, IBM.

Two things that my education/ training taught me:

To visualise and conceptualise ideas.

To understand the linkage between the people, process and goals/achievements.

Whats I learnt from my work/ life:

It is impossible to succeed without a strong team. Success is attributed to those who identify the "big problem" , and not to those who see only the "Big problem and worry about it."

Quality I look for in a recruit.

Attitude.

A book that I read recently

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni.
