Strong motivation/desire to achieve a goal along with hard work ensures success.

Focus not just on learning new things, but applying the learning to solve new problems.

Two things I learnt from my work/ real life:

One doesn't have to be smartest to have the best business impact in any company.

Learning to work with people and organisational dynamics is critical for success in careers.

One quality I look for the most in a new recruit.

Demonstrate capability to think out of the box and solve problems never encountered before in his/her career.

A book that I read recently.
