Mr Agrawal is an MBA from London Business School. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that your education/training taught you: Ability to logically structure my thoughts and channel them towards enhancing productivity. Being able to work all night and meet impossible deadlines. Two things you learnt from your work/real life: When you go to work, don't leave your heart at home. Everyone wants to succeed — believe in people, they will deliver results and surprise you, at times. Qualities you look for the most in a new recruit: Positive attitude, fire in the belly or hunger for success. A book that you read recently: An Innocent Man, by John Grisham.
