Mr Sunny John is Country Manager (India) of Quantum Corporation, a US-based company. Quantum specialises in design, development and manufacture of secondary storage solution products. He is an engineer by qualification. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me: Knowledge is power. To look at issues with an open mind and cool head. Two things I learnt from my work/real life: Be motivated, by positive thinking. Be helpful, by being there for others. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit: Truthfulness. A book that I read recently: The World is Flat, by Thomas Friedman.
