Mr Devendra Saharia
Mr Devendra Saharia is co-founder and president of Ajuba International, a premier global provider of healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing services. Prior to Ajuba, Mr Saharia worked as investment banker in Robertson Stephens, UBS and Merrill Lynch. He did his under- graduation from Grinnell College, Iowa, and MBA from the University of Chicago. Here's his take on four questions from Business Line: Two things that my education/training taught me: Learning is continuous, so keep your mind open. You will learn as much (if not more) from your peers than from your teachers/trainers. Two things I learnt from my work/real life: You are only as good as your team. Build a good one and value it. Simple solutions are easiest to execute and, actually, the most effective too. One quality I look for the most in a new recruit. Enthusiasm. A book that I read recently. Saving Capitalism from Capitalists, by Raghuram Rajan.
